At M.J. Bale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to the garments.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5 business days.
